This retreat runs on personal responsibility. Boys rotate through setup, cleanup, meal service, and caretaking roles throughout the weekend. Leadership here isn't a title — it's a practice.

Who We Are

Built by a
Sikh Family.

This retreat wasn't designed by a committee. It was built by a mom, her husband, and their sons — who saw a gap and decided to fill it.

The Singh family — founders of Miri-Piri Leadership Retreat

Vasant, Manmeet, Hukam, Prabhjot, and Vir Singh.
Vasant is the youngest, with great ambitions for what the future of this retreat holds in store for him.

Manmeet Kaur, MBA LinkedIn →
Healthcare entrepreneur and operator who has founded, scaled, and exited three organizations across nonprofit, for-profit, and venture-backed models. She built this retreat because she believes leadership formation should start young.
Prabhjot Singh, MD, PhD LinkedIn →
Co-Founder & CEO of Altitude and Senior Advisor at the Peterson Center on Healthcare. His career has centered on the delivery of advanced, affordable care at scale.
Hukam Singh · Age 13
High school debater and kirtani. Co-designed the retreat's intellectual framework and is building the debate curriculum alongside his mom.
Vir Singh · Age 10
